I am 48 years young, have a beautiful wife and three amazing kids and love God. I got my Aha moment several years ago while cooking out on my grill for all my friends and guests, I thought, I cooked the burgers and chicken too much, so when I took them off them grill and served them, to my embarrassment and disbelief, I undercooked everyone's food and had to put everyone's back onto the grill. Not a nice experience and I then was intimidated about cooking out.
